no lessons today.. wow.. haha.. which is great lah, but not exactly the best thing.. haha.. so, the first 3 periods, maybe 2, we played english games.. boggle, some question answering game and spelling bee.. it was kinda fun man.. so, i was my grp's representative for spelling bee.. and you know what? i got stumped on the word "intelligent" cuz i was too used to using "intelligence".. lol.. haha..
listening to the song [Awesome God] right now.. feel a little at peace.. sigh, wat tiring day i've had.. but good things have happened. in sch, kinda got praised by da DM in class cuz i wrote somethin nice in my social studies essay.. another good thing?.. the second part of TU @ teck whye sec, like kinda rushed down aft sch in sch uniform with min just for the 2nd half of the session... haha.. argh, i messed up.. sigh.. haha.. i was like doin the $2story, halfway thru tellin it, my mind went blank.. right, maybe it was due to a first time tellin it in front of a huge crowd of 70++ students.. haha.. right, i'll try again next time..
so, frm thr min n me went back, lol, the most practical thing we could do right?.. and then i rushed down to bukit panjang for cell grp, which was at cafe cartel.. nice dinner, followed by nice cell group and sharing of stuff by me.. or rather just clarifying doubts.. haha.. aft which we walked abt panjang plaza.. in e end, melvin n koh took a cab back, while me n keith the mrt.. got myself a bottle of rum(barcardi) before we left n slowly downed it as we walked.. kinda de-stressing, n hey, i'm no alcoholic!.. haha.. yeah.. so that's abt it.. nitez guys.. tc..

so i did it.. what i never thought i'd do in my whole lifetime. nah, no more details, not here.. the rest is stored in my diary/journal.. i nearly lost it.
i've had a tiring day at school, dozing off more frequently nowadays.. i have the feeling to study but i just can't help myself. its like i'm willing to listen, to study, to work hard right now. but i'm just lazy, see.. recently, i've been spending most of my time doing homework, and i haven't really played much games. i kinda need a break now, its like just the 3rd day of school and i'm already feeling this way.. i'm kinda saddened by the thought..
i've got something good going though, although i feel kinda sad right now, I just can't help but know that i'm that much closer to God, but the price to pay was high. i cried, shed many tears over this, and really, right now, i'm still kinda uncertain what's gonna happen next. i don't wanna lose it, not like this, not because of this..
true, cherish every little thing that you have, all the friends, the joyful times, the best friends. if i've learnt one thing, that's that you never know when they'll be gone.. hey, thanks for spending time here, reading abt my life. i'm very honoured to have you.

oh my, you can't believe what i did today.. haha. after school, i met min, rushed home, took a bath, changed, met min again, and rushed down to teck whye sec.. today's flavour, the first half of the you can do it session.. the second half's on thursday. arrived thr via cab, and to my atsonishment, found the students that i took the previous time awaiting me at the foyer.. haha.. had a nice chat with them, really sensed that they had the capability of doing great things in them, so i told em that. just glad that they understood.. haha..
yeah, so today's run, the team i was in was Kern's, which consisted of Joel, Joan, Felicia, Elaine, Yan Rui and me.. haha.. it was the first time i was doing the run in a hall, and i tell you this, the amount of space you get to contain those youths was just too much i felt, kinda felt abt lost. but i got down to business and went back to what i usually do.. haha.. given a chance, i'll be goin back for the 2nd half on thursday.. yeah..
yeah, wanna thank God that he allowed me to go for the session today, by keeping my afternoon free.. haha, yeah.. =) really guys, i can testify for this, Prayer Really Works.. Amen to that, God Is So Great i tell ya!..

okay, well, i wouldn't say it was a good day at school. haha.. list of thing i did?.. nah, that'd be boring.. actually school is kinda boring, its the ppl thr that make the difference.. haha.. so, what's new? let's see, thr's new timetable, new teachers, new system in school(the homeroom system, thou it won't affect e sec4s n 5s)..
i kinda like yet dislike goin to school, haha, and today i seem to be in study mood already.. like really payin attention, thou i dozed off abit.. haha.. hmm, school.
downside - homework, wake up early, stay back, doze off in class, exams
upside - friends, spiritual family, jokes, laughter.

great day, great day.. although i woke up at like 5.30 am this morning, i had a nice day.. i met up with Min, MingLee, Ben, Melvin and Keith and then travelled down to Paya Lebar, then took bus 135 to sum unknown bus stop, followed by a long walk to Chung Cheng High.. And i tell you, the school was big, and it look so CHINESE!!! it was literally a small part of China smack right in the middle of a secluded area in Singapore surrounded by bungalows..
today, i was co-leading with Nic, and in the class were Min, Melissa and Jonathan.. man, they were great i tell ya.. i felt Melissa and Jon really connect with the students, and Min, she was great. her 2nd time doing TU and she's leading games and givin instructions.. i did the D and the I profiles today, followed by my fav part of it the $2 story.. receiving gd comments frm min, haha.. she was one of those who wanted to see me tell it in a class, the other 2 were ben n keith.. haha.. althou keith just got the last segment of it only.. haha..
yup.. after that i sorta accompanied min to tampines mall. since she was going for service and she was the only one left thr.. haha, the rest of the TU guys had either left or gone to KTV... haha.. so like got a cab with dan and made our way down.. walked ard, haha, like a mini shopping outing.. lol.. haha.. den accompanied her til tanah merah mrt station, bid her farewell and left for home.. haha.. yeah.. that's abt all for today.. i'm kinda gonna finish up my homework right now.. haha.. i don't wanna get detention on my first day.. i kinda wanna make myself work now.. even asked min to help me out with my maths n sci.. haha.. yeah.. O lvls this year.. can't play anymore le.. gotta go for the final stretch..

wow, time really flies when ya havin' fun man.. i really agree with this.. haha.. its near the end of the june holidays and i am happy yet saddened at the thought.. its really been an enjoyable holiday for me.. all the fun things i've done, the new people i've met, the new stuff i got.. haha.. really thank God for this man..
i guess my mission for this holiday is accomplished, by saying that i mean i've done all the things that i wanted to do for this holidays.. like staying overnight outside of home, going shopping, watching movies, going out with friends, catching up on my sleep, and most of all, seeking God.. =)
i'm just delirious right now. just came back from chalet, kinda tired but it doesn't matter.. haha, was fun, had quite a gd sleep last night, haha, unlike the night before, could've been because i had a pillow n blanket last night.. haha.. Min,Anna,Rachel,Issac and David were in the room with me.. stil played pool last night.. yeah.. i kinda hate it ending man, wished it could go on forever (except for the beds, its was like literally sleeping on a wooden block)
i'm abit confused right now, kinda miss it.. haha.. yeah.. but hey, i guess thr'll be another one sooner or later.. haha, and when that one comes i'm really gonna enjoy cuz it should be after the O lvls.. haha.. yeah!.. yup, guess that's all for now.. w330, u guys rock! n thks for the invite Min. =)

i'm now at the Thumbs Up center, early! man, haha, for training, which is actually supposed to start at 9am, but right now, is gonna start at 10am.. wah! i'm early. and i'm tired.. haha.. cuz of chalet.. haha
so, what happened?.. hmm.. this is basically it.. yeah.. i went watchin R.V. runaway vacation once again, like i said i would.. this time with Min, Kaikee n Jinyu.. after that min n jy came over to my place, slack abit then all of us went over to min's place.. whr i tried to repair my bag's broken zip.. followed by going down to douby ghaut, supposedly for min's prayer meet, but we didn't go, cuz thr was no one thr at the time.. yeah.. i know this sounds kinda boring but haha.. i'm just bloggin.. lol.. dinner at pastamania, tiramisu!.. wow, the liquor taste in that one was great.. haha..
so we had bbq, then like prayed for some event.. whr i had a vision.. i saw myself big, as in real big.. now figurin' out what that means.. yeah..
the air con was damn cold last night!.. couldn't really sleep, haha.. 2hrs only.. in the middle of the night, min n me went out for a lil' walk, obviously we couldn't stand the coldness of the air con anymore.. haha.. like walked ard the chalet area and then went back.. haha.. yeah.. i think that's all.. i'll update this blogmaybe later or tomorrow.. haha.. yup..

sitting here in my room at the time of 4.30 pm, after an afternoon nap.. in the still quietness, all i can say is, peace, at last.. its so peaceful.. right here, right now, not knowing what is happening in the world outside, energy levels recharged, singing to Hillsong's 'Free', true enough, this is indeed peaceful..
had quite a great/boring morning in school with the english workshop, kinda makes me not want to go, but i shall.. and i'm like so laughin my head off thinking about what happened just now.. once again, me n jinyu pulled of an awesome chocolate snatching stunt with one chocolate each.. *thinks again* not exactly that awesome but, hey, we did it again, this time unknowingly.. the last time was at singapore poly.. remember? remember?.. haha.. lol.. if u don't i tink its somewhere in my archieves, haha.. go check it out.. =P haha.. yeah.. in the meantime i shall go back to enjoying the peacefulness of my house in the bukit batok estate.. kinda love this place, for how quite and convenient it is.. =) and i'll worry about my homework later... haha..

of Freedom and Destiny
no, this has nothing to do with the two gundams zgmf-x10a Freedom and zgmf-x42s destiny.. this is instead abt life.. the past few days have allowed me to realise that we really need to control ourselves even though we have as much freedom as we want. we need to be responsible for our actions, and we need to stand up for what's right. some feel that i'm telling you 'old grandfather stories' when i talk about these issues. but i feel it is a must, especially if you are one who bears the cross of Christ Jesus, in short, a Christian. does having freedom mean you can do anything you want under the sun?.. i think not.. come on man, we as humans just have to learn respect. irritating as it is, sometimes being unable to do the things you want to is actually a blessing in disguise.. think about it, if you do what you want, what would the consequences be, and would you be able to bear them?(i know some of ya think "of course! why not?" in that arrogant tone) but are you really sure?..
then where does destiny come into play?.. (my current definition of destiny is your true purpose in life) let's say you got all the freedom in the world, you can do things without any need to bear the consequences.. but here's the catch, what would your true purpose in life be?.. enjoying life? amassing all the riches of the world? dating all the cute girls and handsome guys? taking over the world? - let me just as you a simple question, suppose you have all this, and one day you just die like that, would you be able to bring these things to where you go after death?.. (some may think this is another one of my attempts to show how good Christianity is, no its not. in fact, its logical.) once again, think about it.. - back to the topic.. if you have all the freedom and no destiny, wouldn't your life be pointless?.. all the freedom without respect and thinkin of the consequences, wouldn't you be in deep shit all the time?(pardon my language).. so that's basically it.. in order to have true freedom, you need to have respect.. in order to suceed in life, you need a true purpose.. but then, if you achieve this true purpose, you might not be able to bring it to whr you're goin aft death.. so, what can you do?.. interesting ain't it?.. i'll end this with this sentence.. Go Figure!

looks like i've really been enjoying, movie followed by movie(Silent Hill, R.V. runaway vacation), learning how to work photoshop CS, going out, shopping spree, becoming a VIP member at Flesh Imp, savouring delicacies at Gelare, Mac, Famous Amos, Heeren, CineLeisure.. haha, life's a blast.. haha.. i so love the movie RV runaway vacation.. it was kinda touching at the end, when the whole family realised how important they were(oh no, spoiler!) really showed me the importance of family.. haha.. plus! it was hilarious, and the gal was cute(looks left, then right), research shows that she's called Joanna 'JoJo' Levesque.. right, this is not important.. haha.. makes me wanna watch it all over again! no, not becuz of the gal.. haha.. hmm.. what else i wanna do, hmm, watch Just My Luck, Pirates of the Caribbean:Dead Man's Chest, Superman Returns.. haha.. awaiting the release of the legend gundam with the special stand that holds 2 gundams!.. cool.. haha..

okay, today was fun!!.. like i said last night, sentosa.. haha.. yeah.. with Stanley, Shane and Weide's Cell, Chrislyn(hopefully i spelt it right), Yuan Ting n SiokYit.. hmm.. normal day, with a twist.. like, man, in this age who still builds sandcastles.. haha.. but it was fun!.. and my grp managed to make up a monster art piece outta sand.. haha.. finally emerging victorious over the other team.. lol.. -.-" i'm just tryin to tell you it was fun.. haha.. but in the end we had to tear it down, which was like, aww man!.. haha..
then thr was this session, cuz it was actually the cell's retreat.. so i was kind abit not supposed to be thr, but for the fun of it, i was thr.. lol.. so lame the previous sentence.. haha.. yeah, strangely enough met up with jem at the outram park mrt station, strange, always seem to meet him thr.. haha.. then the girls were like laughin like crazy cuz of siokyit(i mean literally bcuz of her, like just lookin at her makes you wanna laugh(in a gd way)).. haha.. i mean, she keeps falling nad stuff like that.. haha.. yeah..
had an awesome lich game just now, talk abt re-living the taste of the past experiences.. this was one of those good ones.. good game, 4kills 2 deaths.. not bad, since it was months since i played that hero.. haha.. kinda like it.. =P yeah.. that's it..

well, it been awhile since i blogged.. hmm, since the TU train the trainers, i've gone and done alot of fun stuff.. i'll elaborate..
Dinner - Lau Pa Sat
Friday night.. dinner at lau pa sat, called out by Jasper.. went there to have hotplate beancurd, sambal stingray, prawn paste chicken.. haha.. followed by walking over to merlion park, turning worship songs into praise songs, talking photos of scenery and then eating brownies at the Esplanade.. i especially love the praise version of "you laid aside your majesty" haha..
Open Cell Outing - Ice Skating
this was like on saturday, like yesterday.. haha.. yup.. its been kinda long since i've skated, and i had to kinda get used to it for awhile.. but after awhile i like got used to it and i tell you, the feeling of skating around the rink quite fast is great.. haha.. yup.. kinda got to know 2 new ppl that day, Joel and Alvin, both from bukit view sec.. known from GAP camp.. haha.. yeah.. hmm.. so, like fell abt 4 times, and so on.. but hey, it was fun..
P.S-to my grp for ss project, if thr's anyway i can make it up to you guys tell me yeah. hope ya guys understand..
Changi Airport
today, after service, was kinda lookin for places to eat.. settled on burger king, but was raining, so we went to Changi Airport instead.. same, stil had burger king.. haha.. later on, we(Keith, Ben, Melvin, Frans, Wayne, Liling, Me) went walkin around the airport.. man, has it changed or what.. haha.. let's see, new sky train.. erm.. erm.. okay, maybe it didn't change alot... haha.. yup. so, we ended up doing stupid funny stuff.. like filming videos inside the toilet.. haha.. we gonna come up with another vid like the one on my blog, the gdop one.. haha.. yeah.. it will be released soon.. i hope.. haha..

at last!.. i can officially declare that i'm an official thumbs up volunteer/trainer.. lol.. haha, i went for the train the trainers session today, from like 9am to 4pm, with MinMin.. Nic, TU's gm, gave us a ride down to tampines, the Thumbs Up centre.. yeha.. hmm.. had quite a fun day learning and enjoying myself at the same time.. yeah.. haha.. it was like oh so funny, especially Joel, Shawn, Kern and Keith.. haha.. along with the rest of the trainers and ppl thr.. haha..
yup.. haha, overall i had a fun day, followed by dinner at Century Square and then another ride home courtesy of Nic.. haha.. i love it when we go out like this.. haha, gotta show min more funny stuff.. haha.. if not she forever wun really understand what me ben and keith talk abt.. haha.. right.. that's all..

hmm, it kinda makes you think doesn't it, what if one day what you believe in is not thr.. but that's whr Faith and hope comes in. ask yourselves, why? why would you wanna extinguish that belief if you even have that slightest hope in it?..
well, i've got no story to tell today, just what i've been doing for the past few hours or so. its been kinda enjoyable the past few days of the holidays.. i sorta wanna enjoy all the things that i can enjoy before the last week of the holidays, whr i'll get back down to business, starting with my english. so, what exactly have i been doin for the past one week?.. well thr's the youth camp, the emerge conference, the GDOP, the constant going-out-with-friends, the playing of games, the chatting on phone.. its really been enjoyable, especially gettin to know new ppl.. haha..
thr are also other things that have been happening this past week, some of which include why things are happening in my life. yeah.. Thank God for everything.. yupx..

right, i am so.. nothin.. haha.. at last, finally, watched Xmen3.. aft such a long wait.. hmm, went with Ben n SiokYit, who fell asleep halfway thru the show.. haha.. show as kinda nice, althou abit rushed.. but the graphics were cool.. yeah.. aft that, we went over to the Fajar mac to find YuanTing, then went for dinner at panjang plaza..
hmm.. somehow i felt that this was what God was tryin to show me, that i needed to be humble.. He showed me thru many different people, whom i don't think even have discussed this matter with each other.. yeha.. kinda amazing actually.. and i'm gonna work on it.. hmm.. guess that's all for today.. haha..

i am dead tired.. geez, but i'm still carryin on.. haha. well hey, look at it this way, at least i've been doin things dat i consider meaningful.. yeah.. hmm.. today?.. Emerge, Youth Service and the Global Day of Prayer(GDOP).
Emerge, the 2nd last session, indeed gave me a few new insights to the Youths, or, myself haha.. hmm, Winnie also kinda caused me to think on the way to Expo, abt lots of stuff.. haha.. so, thank God for this experience, and i think i've also found the reason why the Lord sent me thr.. haha, yup..
Youth Service, found myself dozing off halfway thru, really tired, the past few days have been greatly energy draining.. haha.. but it was fun and meaningful, so i don't mind doin it again man.. yeah.. no comments abt youth service, cuz i din really have any revelations or anythin today..
right, the last thing.. Global Day of Prayer, really happy to see most of the Christians in Singapore gathered at the indoor stadium, thou thr could be another 10 000 ++ more youths(@ emerge xD) to fill the stadium... haha.. yeah.. had fun, especially the last portion whr the whole bunch of guys thr were dancing to the song, it was recorded, so once i get the vid from my bro i'll put it up on my blog.. haha.. and you guys can have a good laugh.. haha.. hilarious that one.. haha.. yup.. guess that was kinda all of it for today.. hmm.. humble myself, i wonder how am i gonna do that.. its a qns that i gotta ponder.. yeah.. i can officially declare that i'm dead tired.. but i gotta go on, i stil got another day to persevere on.. haha.. right, its been youth camp for the past few days.. will be goin for Emerge, Youth Service and Global Day of Prayer later on in the day, but i gotta go get sum rest first..
the youth camp has been on for the past 2 days, its a blast, was fun man, and had a few revelations, saw myself breaking down for the first time, really, to what seemed like the lowest point of my life.. it was revealing, and alil' humbling myself in a way.. let me realise that i really wanted God desperately.. allowed me to learn more abt things, more open, let me get to know more people and practically laugh my head off at times.. haha.. it was awesome..
i amazed myself just now, on the cab ride home with Anthony, Keith and Cerwin. this was what i said: "Don't care abt what ppl say abt City Harvest(CHC), all the rumours and stuff, even FC(Faith Community Baptist Church) has it, every church gets it. If you allow it to come and affect you, there goes the unity, after all, we're all on body of Christ. We can work together with them, why not?.. and moreover, they're a nice batch too, i kinda like em. Personal experience tells me."
shocked myself, i mean, how'd in the world did I say that. then i realised it had to be, it had to be the holy spirit speaking thru me at that time.. yeah.. Thanks God.. thanks.. =)

right, two things happened today.. when i say today i mean the 1st of june 2006.. haha..
i was at Min's place, helping her with baking biscuits, yeah.. haha.. or rather i was just plainly washin stuff, takin stuff.. this and that.. lol.. kinda enjoyed it thou.. haha.. like one of those first-time-you-try-it experiences, a good learn.. haha.. yupx.. seemed easy.. lol.. what seems may not be.. haha.. yeah.. well, brought a batch back, gave some to them at the emerge.. yup.. and my laptop's with her.. haha.. kinda just brought it over with the intention of watchin movie, but now i'm sorta lendin it to her.. haha.. yup..
right, the next big thing that happened today, the Emerge Conference, held and organised by City Harvest Church.. this one was fun, first was the parade of schools, sum kinda cheerleading thing, then worship, then service.. it was at hall8, SG EXPO, so far away.. haha.. yup.. the service kinda ans a few of my original qns, abt me seeking for anointing.. now i realise that how much anointing you have doesn't really matter(it does matter to an extent), but what matters more is that the power of the Holy Spirit is with you.. yeah.. was given revelations, and reminders, by Ps Kong as he preached.. i was reminded of the time when PS YC told me abt these two words which he felt God wanted to tell me abt, Dream and Destiny.. abt me dreaming of being different for God and havin a great destiny in Him.. yeah.. hmm.. interested to find out what was preached at the first session of emerge? look me up personally.. haha.. its a pity i can't make it for the next two days, man, i would love to.. haha.. but i've got my youth camp at TC, another good thing.. yup.. right.. gotta go now, its kinda late..
