Once again, i'm back, bloggin about my day. *Laughs* you must be wondering what happened to your friend here today. well, it's great, although alil' tiring but it's still great. yeap. Was at Plaza Singapura today after church service, where he received a commentary from Kaiyee which was "Next time during worship cannot stand near Henzy."
Which is kinda true, considering the exubirence of the worship, in which he gives all that he is.
Back to Plaza Singapura. Had dinner with Keith, Ben, Melvin, Jessica and Grace. Then I got myself a little something at the Lego Shop. The Imperial Guard keychain.
Nice ain't it. after which, we found ourselves at the arcade, where we watched keith play games, i even joined him for one. after that, we hunted for a pair of earphones that he needed and then it was homeward bound. yup. great day.

Way ta go! Take the city walk, and Trybe Opening today and i tell ya it was great!
First of all was the Take the city walk. had to get up at like what, 5.30am his morning? gosh, then supposed to meet them at Clementi at like, 6.15am, but we were late. took some nice shots of the surrounding at the CBD. then it was a 4.5km walk around the CBD, from Merlion Park to Lau Pa Sat, then back to the Padang again. by the time we finished the walk, my initially wet shirt was already dry. so, we proceeded down to Thumbs Up centre for the Trybe opening.
Once there, i immediately changed into shirt and jeans, something much more comfortable for me. Ate my lunch, and then took a black shirt to design for myself. Using the techniques of Silk Screening, Paint Rolling and Aerosol Spray Painting, i designed a much favoured Shirt for myself. the rest of the Thumbs Up people also came up with very nice designs, some of which included using their shoes, feet, hands and markers. Once i get mine outta the wash, i'll take a few shots and post em up here. kinda proud of the design, took tips from graffiti artists Trase and Zero. cool. gonna do another design soon. yup. that's all for today.

right, i've something interesting today, but that'll be at the last portion of this post.
first of all things, its my day. well well, feel kinda good today. why you may ask. cuz i got the Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest soundtrack and its great. haha.. or rather the first song, cuz so far i've only listened to the first song. haha. yeah, so, what else about today. hmm, had a maths test, again! yes again!.. gosh. argh. this time without the instruments needed, so i kinda had to borrow here and borrow there.. haha.. what's more amazing, is that i spent 30mins inside Toys R Us just now. haha, lookin at games, gundams and lego. right. that's that. now, for the interesting part. haha..
well, see, i was at jurong point just now, in life bookstore. was looking for inspirational books and boy did i find some. haha.. yup. so i flipped open this book, which was about Christ and what he did on the cross, and guess what i saw.
"I will bear your dark side."
these words may not seem much to you, but it really spoke out to me. cuz the past weeks i've really seen my dark side come back. me not being myself lately, my good self, positive, not offensive and stuff like that. those words really spoke out to me. its like, God knows how i'm feeling, and he's thr, all this while. indeed, My Lord, My Savior, My King.

can't anyone tell right from wrong, innocent from guilty or victim from bully anymore?.. what's the world comin to?..
alots of things aren't goin the way its supposed to these days, the way of justice, or righteousness. damn, how did the world become so corrupt?.. people can't even think proper these days. i mean, if someone else wants to say something about you them let him, why care? its his problem anyways, he'll get it in the end. and when people tell you you're in the wrong, take it, accept it, understand and reflect on what you did. not go around threathening to beat people up. what the hell man. if you think you're so great go ahead, wait till the person gets a PPO(personal protection order) and gets you arrested. think about it man, gangsters? especially in secondary schools? i doubt they are even true gangsters, just people who think they are. gone are the days of gangsterism, now comes the age of logic, reasoning and faith. believe me. if you can't find yourself a proper place in this new world, they you'll join the list of people on their way to extinction.
i ain't apologetic about what i just typed down, cuz i stand for what's right. believe what you want to, i'm just giving my point of view and advice.

its been awhile since i last blogged and loads of stuff happened these past few days.
i've updated my internet explorer. to the IE 7 beta 3. which is totally cool. especially the interface, which is kinda like firefox. but what i like about it is that it makes the font look nicer. yes, indeed, the font. lol.. yeah..
so, what else have i been doing? let's see, the "Bunch of Clowns" have been doing a film, or rather a news broadcast. yes.
i went to sentosa on saturday, for this 'ultimate frizbee' competition preparation thing. hosted by AO tribe, followed by a tribe meeting after that. we were kinda late for it, so we like walked out from sentosa and took a cab at harbourfront, then headed for bukit merah. yeah. had a nice chat with Grace on the way back home after that.
then yesterday, i re-acquired my bass guitar and my Pirates of the Caribbean vcd!.. way ta go man.. haha.. yeah.. guess that's about it for this day.. haha..
yup.. so today i went watching POTC: Dead man's chest again, with felicia this time. lol.. i gotta be nuts, but hey, its something you'd do for your favourties.. haha.. yup.. guess that's all for the past few days.. haha..

i'll cover most of the things i did today on this post.
Firstly, School. Man, chem test on QA and i think i'm gonna fail. totally messed up this one. followed by an undecided but in-the-end-still-went-for POA remedial.. yeah.. that was practically what i did in school today.
Secondly, was supposedly asked to go for some event in Kranji sec by Felicia n Jill.. so i met up with Nic, Jasmine Goh and tony(if i got his name right) but eventually, to our dismay, found out that the even was only open to parents or relatives of the students. technically we're their bros, lol, in Christ. haha.. so we were turned down by the DM, i was sent back to batok and went home for dinner.
But then i met up with them again, no not nic, but felicia, jill, joan, cherie, rachel, jj and a few others that i didn't know.. haha.. yeah.. this time for supper. i was so on the verge of gettin barcardi till my guilty conscience hit me. yup.. so, that was more or less my day.. haha.. right.. here's the end of it..

Avast me hearties and Ahoy all ye landlubbers!! lol, pirate fever.. haha..
well, today was the first time in YI history that the homeroom was implemented. and, truthfully speaking, i kinda like it.. its fun man, to walk around the school ~ despite the stair climbing ~ it just feels better, like having a little time to catch the breeze and wake up a lil'..
Had my chinese O lvl listening compre today, it was kinda tough, i guessed i messed up abit.. haha.. but i felt i did my best and that's all that counts..
Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest, at last! i get to watch the movie, with(in order of arrival) Keith, Jasper, Huiyu and Ben, and i rate it 4.5/5.. lol.. it was great!.. loved the whole show.. haha, and it was hilarious! i'll be waiting for the DVD to be released and i'm gonna get it!.. haha.. yeah.. Capt'n Jack Sparrow rocks!!!.. yup, that's all..

Prepare for the Homeroom! man, i'll be waiting to see what happens at school tml. how much havoc there will be because of this system. post about it tml then.
Today! i had such a great time, at Church, i felt God's peace come to me once more. it was like he had the answers thr for me already, and let me find rest in Him once more. after that, Huiyu, Jessica, Ben, Melvin, wayne guanghan and i went to Popeye's at Changi airport. yes, popeye and again. haha. it's been awhile since we'd been there. so we had a great dinner, a wonderful time of fellowshipping, telling lame jokes, talking nonsense and stuff like that.. haha.. yeah.. lol.. yeah, awaiting another day like this. haha. Pirates of the Caribbean tomorrow! At Last! my paitience pays off.. haha.. lol, i just have the feeling that i don't wanna go out to faraway places on weekdays, strangely enough coming from me, unless i really need to that is.. haha.. yeah. that's all..

i'm tired. Class 1e1 of Yuan Ching sec totally drained me out. i mean. ah. i'm just tired. gosh. they're one bunch of energetic kids. the thing that drained me is that i couldn't really get their attention and that even when i raised my voice, i still couldn't compete with them. GOSH! think about that man. *roll eyes* argh. no, i'm not pissed off, i'm just very very very very very very tired. and i want to watch Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! savvy?

i have gotta watch myself. don't have any idea what is happening to me these days. i'm always on the bad side, like so negative man. i don't even know what i'm saying! *sigh* man, i just want to have a normal life, experiencing the greatness of God in me, havin great friends that i can talk to and care for me, do well for my studies, be a great influence in Thumbs Up, and maybe in future pursue a career in the music, designing animation or resort management industry. *sigh* i'm just wondering what in the world's happening to me. where have I gone wrong. can't understand all this, all the negative feel that i have. i'm like so....... argh, i don't know. just don't feel myself lately, not the usual carefree guy, pretty stressed. guess its the lack of sleep, yeah, maybe it is, maybe it is. need chocolate. need endorphin release, or i could just grab a bottle of barcardi again. *laughs at the idea* nah.

so, cell group today. at holland village, supposedly at Settler's Cafe, but we ended up in coffee bean instead. something that my CG leader shared today spoke out to me. It was a story about King Saul, when he was about to be attacked by the phillistines, and all his men were about to desert him, and Samuel wasn't thr at the right time. He acted on impulse, and sacrificed the offering. then samuel arrived, upon seeing what he did, was disappointed and prophesied that his kingdom which would actually last forever, would be taken over by someone who was after God's own heart. This was from 1 Samuel 13.
Upon hearing all this, i also realised that recently, or even throughout my life, i've acted on impulse, or because i was compelled to do it. Instead of what should be done, which was to consult God and wait for His answer. I also realised that the consequences of acting on impulse was not good either. sometimes it could even put you in crappier situations than you were in before. So, that was my reflection about this subject. yup.

So, after Project41, i'm starting on another new project. you guys could be wondering what on earth am i thinking. But hey, i'm just a guy pursueing his interests. haha. Now, initiating the Shadow Blade Project. Project Shadow Blade, the construction of the MBF P01-Re2 Gundam Astray Gold Frame Amatsu. This one's chromed gold, with a shiny black surface. haha, i'm kinda attracted to shiny stuff.

i Thank God for seeing me thru the Chinese O lvl orals today. was kinda nervous at first, just a little bit. but didn't bother me much. so i just went in there and did my stuff. was kinda stumbling at the reading portion but was better at the conversation portion. they asked me "so, what do you think of the campus superstar thing?" and whether i supported it or not. I did, so i told em, finished up all the stuff and got myself outta there as soon as possible. and that was the end of the whole experience. haha.
i''m bored, im tired, i feel empty.

so, after the completion of Project41. David's life continues.
Today, he made his way to service differently. By first travelling to Boon Lay, due to the heavy rain and that 174 was the first bus that came. So after that, he met up with Ben,Keith,Melvin,Ivan,Huiyu,Felicia and Cherie. He enjoyed his youth service today, with additional enjoyment because the worship team played the song [Revolution] & [From Inside Out].. haha.. yup.. Next, David, accompanied by Ben,Keith,Wayne,Huiyu,Jessica and Eunice made his was down to Jurong entertainment centre for dinner. Thereafter took neoprints, which was a suggestion from Jessica. Upon arriving at home, David turned on the television to savour the final portions of the movie [Prates of the Caribbean:Curse of the Black Pearl] which he so loved. And this concludes a day in the life of Henzy David.

wow, i had a great day. Sentosa!! wahahaha!.. awesome i tell ya.
right, maybe not that awesome but it stil rocks!.. althought i brought back with me a few injuries, mostly from volleyball ~ saves, dives, etc. ~ i enjoyed myself today, getting to know new people, helping people out, playing games, running around, nearly fainting (lol), releasing alot of endorphins, climbin to the top of the tower again, enjoying the sea breeze, getting a tan. basically, i loved it. lol, Issac told me to go join SG idol or Campus Superstar, that was like after i sang the song [From Inside Out] by Hillsong on request of DaJie Joadine.. haha.. then the rest of the time i was singing songs.. haha.. but mostly Praise and Worship.. haha.. yeah.. feel so tired out today, i can practically fall asleep anytime.. haha.. yeah..
tomorrow, FCBC youth service!!.. Pirates of the Caribbean:Curse of the Black Pearl.

i'm commencing Project41, the construction of the GAT-X105E Strike Noir Gundam.
right, i like to give my stuff funny names, but who cares?.. lol, this is personal.. haha.. well, i had a great day today man.. basically, school ended at 11.40am today, after savouring the enjoyment of basketball and mixing chemicals in the morning, i decided to go out. so, where did i go?
this is basically the places i've been to today, in total order
Home --> School --> Home --> Lot1 --> Queensway --> Suntec City --> West Mall --> Home.
that's it.. haha.. now i'm off to start on Project41, get some rest, and mentally prepare myself for a hell of a good time tomorrow at Sentosa!.. Halleilujah! Praise the Lord!.. Woohoo!!

you know something? there's this musical out there by disney channel, and it rocks! its called [High School Musical]. lol.. its about this guy and this girl, the meet at a party, fall in love, find out that they're in the same high school, join an play and the rest is up to you to find out. it rocks i tell ya!.. the music's nice, the storyline's nice, hmm.. lol.. that's basically it for musicals ain't it.. hahaha..

i'm laughin my head off right now.. and i'm in awe of the things that happened today.. haha..
there was Ngee Ann Poly open house today. and i was kinda late for it. practically, after school (i stil had no idea why i did this) i went out to the coffee shop, bought myself fries and sat thr with stanford. we were supposed to be in sch at 2.30pm, but we ent in like 2mins late and to our amazement, the bus left. gosh, so we took a cab down, and found our way to outside the lecture theatre, i opened the door, stuck my head in and immediately pulled my head back out.. the whole place was filled with yi students lah.. haha.. so we like camped outside for ard half-an-hour, debating who would go in first, then this grp of gals came along.. and we definitely wanted in man.. so, not much of a choice and sick of wasting time outside i like pulled open the door and walked in.. giving a half-grim smile to mr lim and made my way to a seat. end of this story
so, wat's so awesome abt today?.. i practically got to sit in the cockpit of an F14 fighter jet. thou disected already, and i kind accidentally pulled some [emergency] level and sent the whole half of it jerking.. haha.. like kind of those gundam mechanism you see.. haha.. no matter how childish it may sound. it was cool.
talk about cool, and the first hand experience of eating a liquid-nitrogen frozen biscuit.. haha, sending smoke outta my mouth.. interesting eh.. haha.. like the dry ice effect.. haha.. did i mention my favourite element is stil liquid nitrogen.. haha.. it practically freezes on contact with things warmer than it(correct me if i'm wrong)..
so, that was it.. practically.. lol, and i finally got myself to do homework before going online.. haha.. right.. that's all for today..

i've been thinking.
and i realised the things that i did was kinda stupid
WAIT, period!
i realised i was stupid.. i mean, givin people the wrong impression, losing control of my tongue. and most of all subjecting innocent people to gossip..
so i decided to give myself a break from all these things. Settle down, seek God, find True Trustable Friends/Buds etc. Finish up my O lvls, continue serving in Thumbs Up..

seriously, i was so pissed off just now. you know, the feel when u find out that people were talking behind your back?.. Especially if those people were Christians? you guys should know better.
forget about it. its not important to me anyway. what's more important is that i got over it, and i learnt from it.. haha.. hmm.. so, Superman Returns.. i'd rate it around 3, 3.5 stars.. i was kinda good.. haha.. storyline and stuff, but a lil' boring, not that much action. i like it cuz some of the things that we said were kinda "Christ-Like" for example this - "Sometimes you will feel alone, like an outcast, but you will never be alone." overall, the story was kinda touching.. i'd advise you to watch it for yourself, if you're really willing to.. haha..

alright, this is the MOST BORING youth day i've ever had in my entire life.. i spent my whole day at home, so i decided to get something doing, and that was to clean my room.. i was almost abt to declare today a totally wasted youth day until i found Jasper and Ben.. although the things that happened today seemed to make me feel betrayed, but thank God for these gd bros.. =) gonna go watch [Superman Returns] later at 7.15pm, west mall.. haha.. poor Jasper, has to travel all the way back to tampines aft that.. =P.. lol.. ben stil cant decide.. hopefully he'll come.. sigh..

Restoration, that's the word i wanna use for today. kinda felt myself being restored during worship today.. it was the finally feeling, the finally i can worship with all my heart.. really felt that i gave my all to worship the Lord this afternoon.. i'm glad.. i felt the sermon that was preached today spoke out to me.. to have a simple and pure love for Jesus.. right now, listening to the song "From Inside Out" by Hillsong United, reflecting upon today's sermon.. i kinda feel God's peace here with me now.. like a sense of relief, of peace, of security..
alot of things on my mind these few days.. alot of thought, do i have a pure love for Jesus, who am i serving, where does my loyalty lie, like what am i supposed to do now, where do i go now, what am i living for, who can i rely on, who are my true friends, where's my real home, who's my real family, who are my most trusted, what's my life's goal, where do i wanna go after my Os.. the list goes on.. truly, what i felt at service today was what i really needed..

great.. what a day.. woke up at like 7.15am this morning.. and headed out to bt batok sec at 7.50am, aft doin all the necessary preparations.. and i walked all the way to bt batok sec.. to do a TU run, or rather, the service learning project for the west 2 cluster students.. i didn't even know what in the world i had to do truthfully.. haha.. but it was fun.. especially the game in the hall.. sorta like the moat game, but this time it was sorta different.. heard it was a new game devised by both alvin and ben.. excellent i tell ya.. haha.. loved the session.. =)
argh!.. i'm like so pissed off.. what in the world happened to my email?.. lol.. i can't seem to login to MSN using my d_brethren@hotmail.com account.. so i'm kind using my previous one right now.. was so pissed just now man.. cuz like i kept tryin n tryin but stil couldn't get in.. i'll keep u guys informed..
gonna be reformatting my laptop soon.. i like got this trojan horse in my com.. gosh... will be gettin the norton anti-virus programme soon i guess, which costs like $40 bucks.. and hopefully it'll be a good investment..
