in general, Henzy David is drained, but in a totally more refreshed state than before he went for the camp. and yes. he is one heckofva happier soul than he was before. i'm tired, but i'm still gonna blog. cuz it's such a great thing. haha.
well. let's begin by thanking group 4. John! and yes, team John! you guys rock!
Day 1: Introduction & Disgustion
imagine waking up at 7.30, and travelling all the way down to Paya Lebar on an early thursday morning. then, walking about a kilometre in the wrong direction at East Coast Park. Followed by constructing a mascot, pitching up of tents, and heralding the arrival of 90+ campers. if you can imagine that with me, then you'll understand what the first day looked like.
following that, was the night games, whereby all teams where blind-folded and led thru a path, jam-packed with alot of disgusting stuff like boxes of squid, pig fats, chicken wings, guppies(both live and dead), crawling over a mat with fresh water, sea water, pond water, banana peels, seaweed, maggie mee, detergent, and tapioca flour. then rolling around in a pit of sand. one word, killer.
Day 2: Unification & Motivation
the day that the team got more unified, and motivated to do stuff. well, in summary, station games and a telematch(which really got them working together). although the group lost the fight, which was the telematch. they won the war. a water war, which is a game whereby teams are pit against each other, and objective is to use water bombs to punch a hole thru another team's said mascot. haha. and yes, i have to say this, finally, one of my strategies work! hahahaha..
Day 3: the End of it all.
haha, called up at 5 am in the morning. which was so sudden that it left most of the campers cursing and swearing. we were given the charge(task) to go around the marine parade area and bless people with bottles of water, it was quite challenging, but it was great nonetheless. haha.

all in all. I really enjoyed myself and really thank God for this wonderful group of people. they're great to work with, a cheerful energetic bunch. i only pity that time flew so fast and couldn't get to spend more time with them working together as a team. but wait. i'm gonna try to arrange an outing soon! hahahaha!!!
